The downloaded version of InvenTrack comes with 12-months support and 12-months of upgrades in the same major release.How long after I order will I receive my InvenTrack license?

With each hosted account please allow up to 24 hours for us to install, setup and test your account. Once we have completed the installation and setup of your hosting account you will receive an email with your account details.
Downloaded
Once your payment has cleared you will receive your download information immediately. If you do not receive this information please contact our support department by opening a sales ticket here: Open new sales ticket.If I buy the downloaded version, do you offer website hosting?

What is VIN Decoding and why would I need it?
VIN Decoding is designed to get the vehicle details for you on a particular vehicle when adding it to your website such as:
- Basic Description: Year, Make, Model, Trim;
- Technical Specifications;
- Standard Features;
- Optional Features.
What is DMS Polling and why would I need it?
When you choose this option we will get your inventory straight out of your DMS, run it through our VIN Decoder and update your website inventory! Wait, there is more! We will add stock photos
for vehicles both new and used if they are available in our system!
Why do you need it? If you don't want to add and remove inventory from your site and you want a more automated process, then taking advantage of our DMS Polling service is for you.
Do you offer custom website design services?
Yes, we can custom design your website from the ground up or if you like the design that comes with InvenTrack and would like us to customize the header, footer and colors we can do that as well for a nominal fee.

Do you offer discounts when purchasing multiple licenses?
Yes, we do offer discounts for those that need multiple site licenses. For special discount rates on multiple licenses please contact us with the number of licenses you need and we will provide you with your special pricing.
Do you offer a private label version?
Yes, you can purchase the private label add-on for the downloaded version of InvenTrack. The additional fee for this is $500 which includes the following:
- Removal of all links back to our sites
- Your links added for help and support
- Removal of the feedback system

Can I change the look and feel of my website?
Yes, you can create a completly new design, use the design included or integrate InvenTrack with your current website. There are no limits
to how you can modify the look and feel of your website.
You can even have multiple template designs for different times of the year and switch between them
by simply selecting the one you want to use in the Dealer Control Panel.
