Add a New Staff Member

To add a new users to the system go to Manage Staff->Add New Staff Member from the navigation menu at the top of the control panel. Once you are there you will see a form like the on below:

Fields marked with a * are required. When choosing a password you should make sure it isn't to easy for others to figure out. To help you with this we have included a password strength test. It will tell you if your password is weak or very strong. You will also want to choose the level for a user.

 

There are 3 types of users in the system:

 

Salesperson - Can view leads and manage inventory

Manager - Can view leads, manage inventory and manage staff

Site admin - Can do anything in the system including manage system settings

 

Once you have added the new staff member they can login and edit their profile using the My profile link at the top of the page.
