To add a vehicle to your inventory from the navigation choose Manage Inventory->Add a Vehicle.
Once you have clicked the 'Add a Vehicle' link you will be presented with the add a vehicle page:

If you have the VIN Decode addon you will be able to use the VIN Decoder to explode the VIN and fill in the form fields for you. The VIN Decoder will fill the form with most of the information as well as all the standard options the vehicle has on it. Plus vehicle specs and the original warranty information.
Once you have entered all the information either by the VIN Decoder or manually click the 'Save Vehicle' button at the bottom of the page and your vehicle will be added to your online inventory.
