To access the list users page go to 'Manage Staff->List Users' in the navigation control panel. Here you will see a list of all users in the system, each user will have 3 icons to the right of their information:
From here you can Edit, Disable or Email the user by clicking the appropriate icon to the right.
Choosing the edit user option will give you a form like the add user form except it will be populated with the users details. The only thing that will not be in the form is the password and the photo you have uploaded if any.
Clicking the disable user icon, will disable the user from being able to log into the system but it will not delete the user. We keep the user in the system to keep track of emails sent to and from clients. |
