Do you offer installation & setup?

Yes, we will install, setup and test InvenTrack on your server or ours FREE of charge! With this service you will receive:

  • Folder permission setting
  • Database setup and configuration
  • Uploading of all files & and directories
  • Control panel testng
  • Front end website testing
  • Form testing

Each aspect of the site will be tested for proper functionality in every aspect to assure you installation is ready to go within 24 hours or less.

How long after I order will I receive my InvenTrack license?

Once your payment has passed our fraud testing and cleared through our payment processor your download and license key will be ready immediately.

If you do not receive notification that your account is setup and active please contact our support department via our support desk: Open new support ticket.

What is VIN Decoding and why would I need it?

VIN Decoding is designed to get the vehicle details for you on a particular vehicle when adding it to your website such as:

  • Basic Description: Year, Make, Model, Trim
  • Technical Specifications
  • Standard Features
  • Optional Features

What is DMS Polling and why would I need it?

When you choose this option we will get your inventory straight out of your DMS, run it through our VIN Decoder and update your website inventory! Wait, there is more! We will add stock photos for vehicles both new and used if they are available in our system!

Why do you need it? Your time is valuable, you could be spending the time adding/updating/deleting inventory from your site selling cars. If you don't want to add and remove inventory from your site and you want a more automated process, then taking advantage of our DMS Polling service is for you.

Do you offer discounts for multiple licenses?

Yes, we do offer discounts for those that need multiple site licenses. For special discount rates on multiple licenses please contact us with the number of licenses you need and we will provide you with your special pricing.

Can I change the look and feel of my website?

Yes, you can create a completly new design, use the design included or integrate InvenTrack with your current website. There are no limits to how you can modify the look and feel of your website.

You can even have multiple template designs for different times of the year and switch between them by simply selecting the one you want to use in the Dealer Control Panel.

Does my license ever expire?

NO, your license is good for one domain and one installation for life.

How long is support & updates?

Initial support and updates are for 12 months. After this time you can extend the support and updates for an additional 12 months for only $149.99.

Do you offer website hosting?

Yes, we offer website hosting specifically for InvenTrack customers as well as shared hosting accounts.
